Understanding GLPI Framework

Hi everyone! I am Shazia. I am interning at an organization which uses GLPI in the IT Team.

As I am new to the GLPI community, I wanted advice and help regarding the framework being used in GLPI.
Please guide me to the document/URL which explains the working and framework of GLPI.

The most up to date user documentation can be found here (It is in English despite the link):

To answer your question from your other post, GLPI does not use the Symfony framework. It does however use a few of the Symfony components on their own. You can see what we use in the composer.json file in the source code on GitHub.

If not Symfony framework, which framework is being used in GLPI? Please let me know. I want to carry out a research study on the framework of GLPI.
