[SOLVED] How to block Global view for users?
Hi.
I cannot locate this feature. Now when the user changes something in the global view, the change is also visible in my account. I don't know where I can turn it off. I would like the User to be able to change only the personal view - not global.

Is this for the global search view such as changing which columns are visible?
In their profile on the Setup tab, locate "Search result display" and uncheck "Default display". This should prevent them from changing the global search view.
If this isn't what you meant, could you explain the situation a bit more?

Is there settings that allow to hide several columns in this global view for some profile?
For example: hide time to own and time to resolve for "User" profile?

Hi. Just set global view as admin and revoke modification permissions for the selected profile.
