Update to 9.5.2 - the description field is missing

Hello. After updating from 9.4.6 to 9.5.2, the "Description"field is no longer displayed in Requests. Moreover, if you hover the cursor over the "Description" (on the left), the description itself appears. The question is why it does not appear in the field and the field itself is not there. Please help me figure it out. Screenshots in the attachment.

Here's what the new request looks like - as you can see, there is no "Description" field at all. There is no field where you need to enter text. Just a white field. There is nowhere to click with the cursor to print text.

Also experiencing this on a fresh install of 9.5.6.

Do you have any errors in the browser console (F12 key usually and then on the Console tab)?
