Hello,
i'm searching for a solution for the following problem.
We have created custom forms with formcreator, that's works very good.
But now we have the problem that we have to fill fields (build with fields plugin), with data from the form.
Is there a solution? Thanks a lot.

For now Formcreator is not able to fill data for the Fields plugin. The plugin is designed to fill tickets or changes. If you have additional fields on these objects, the plugin needs a development.
No support with MP - Always run an upgrade task on a testing instance before running it on production! Always backup before any upgrade task!

You know what ? It work's now !
I could not believed it, as I couldn't find ANY information about that.
But I tried, and it worked : in the formcreator plugin, you can now find fields from the "fields" plugin.
You just need to choose "Additionnal fields" in the "Type" field of your "Question".
I really wonder if that works :
- by ""chance"", I mean just because of the (genious ?) GLPI design (which can allows to create field in a plugin, considered as "real" in other plugin)
- by formcreator design (which would have been adapted to use fields from "fields" plugin)
Any idea ?
Anyway, that's a great feature : using thoose 2 plugins together offers MANY new possibilities.

This works because the plugin has been enhanced last year to support Fields plugin.
I think it has not been documented yet in the user's manual of Formcreator.

I created three test additional fields: in the ticket, in the computer and in the device. None of the fields are selected.
I need our help.

This is normal. Formcreator cannot handle fields for objects other than tickets.

At least for tickets.
Check if the new field is active, and appears in your "normal" ticket view.

On my side, I have :

I'm testing with an Additional Dropdown Field
But it does not work, see below :
The Additional Dropdown Field can be configured in a Form question.
It is possible to choose its default value from the list of the dropdown values, like any dropdowns
The additional dropdown is usable in ticket
But when the form is used, the Additional Dropdown is not filled in the ticket.
The answer of the question appears in the ticket description.
It works fine when additional field is a text.
Is it normal ? what may be wrong in my form configuration ? additionnal dropdown ?

My error was to configure question with the Dropdown > additional_field_name , instead of Additional Field > additional_field_name
Its working fine then.
