Hey everyone! I"ll be appreciated for any help on solving issue arose.
If shortly, in process of creating tickets we need to filtering tickets categories for profiles: support, admin, technician and end user profiles.
We have several main categories like A and B and C, which contains subcategories A-A1, B-B1, C-C1 accordingly, and these subcategories contains nested subcategories A-A1-A2, B-B1-B2, C-C1-C2 accordingly.
For example, if end user creates tickets, he'll see only A-category and nested subcategories but willn't see another categories.
I've found out about plugin which called "ItilCategory Groups"
What We've done:
We've installed plugin, created ItilCategory Group with name "test" and link with category with user's group "endUserGroup". When I've tried to create ticket and checked, if my category hidden for user of this group or not, but she was enabled.
What I've did wrong?
Next I found out about new plugin Splitcat, but he's avalilable only by subscribing on GLPI-Network.
Can anybody helps me?

Do you want a user to see specific categories (not all) before opening the ticket?
If yes, I think you do not need to use plugins.

It's not exactly that I want. Our company devided on departments and some employees who use end user profile have to see only their categories and nested subcutegories. Some of these users have to see several categories and nested subcutegories.
Have you some ideas how I can realise it without using plugins?

The profile used by end users it's the same ?
What profile being used? The end users are using the simplified interface or the standand?

Yes, for all user, except support specialists, created and activated end user profile.
The end users are using the simplified interface which are provided GLPI API and tickets form, which activated for all users.
