When creating a new ticket PHP warning after update 0.78 - 0.80.7

Since we update from GLPI 0.78 to 0.80.7 we can't create a ticket because we can't select a requester.

When try selecting a selector we see in red the PHP warning:

PHP Warning: mysql_num_rows() expects parameter 1 to be resource, boolean given in C:\Inetpub\wwwroot\glpi\inc\dbmysql.class.php at line 240
