File rights restet at startup

Hi!
When I restart my Fedora Linux and try to log on to GLPI I get the message "Check file rights for session files: ./files/_sessions. I'm not sure about the exact message in English since I'm running GLPI in Swedish. Sometimes the rights to some or all files in ./files/_sessions is reset to -rw--------- and somtimes it's the files in ./fiels/config that gets their permissions messed up.
I can make GLPI work by running "setenforce 0" in a terminal. What is the cause of this and how to I prevent it from happening in the future?

Use the RPM which is design to work, even with SELinux enabled.
Else, you must analyse se audit.log and fix the selinux file context.
