Change mail body?

Hello Friends,

I'm using GLPI version 0.80.61 and everything works fine.
I want to edit the body mail because I receive many fields that I don't need or care,
How (Where) I can edit these fields?

Using a user post - only, I see a form (create a ticket) with this fields:

Urgency : 
Inform me about the action(s) taken : 
Hardware Type :
Type : 
Category (class) :
Title :   

How can I remove from this form the Urgency, Hardware Type and Category?

You must wait GLPI version 0.83 to have the template of ticket to hide or mandatory some fields

I'm not a expert in PHP, but I can read/program some scripts. Do you know the script.php that I can change that form? Is that diffcult?
