We currently use GLPI only in our IT sector. But we had the need to deploy in other sectors.
Today we consider IT as "root entity", its "entity_id"=0.
We will create an entity "IT" and now we will change all the tickets into it.
Changed without any problem the "Task Ticket" and "Ticket Category". And changed all users who were part of the root entity to entity "IT".
Meu problema agora é que os tickets que apareciam na tela "Home" deixaram de ser exibidos quando um desses usuários que alteramos sua entidade acessa o sistema.
My problem now is that tickets appearing on the "Home" are no longer displayed when one of those users who changed their organization accesses the system.
I want to know which table or relationship which informs the entity of the ticket.
