I'm here again with other question. I like the new format to setup mandatory fields via ticket template. Well, I need setup Categories like mandatory in order to prevent that tech guys close tickets without fill this value.
Previously it was easy, but now with templates, I receive a ticket by mail without categorie and when i open ticket to assign to a technician, category autofills with the first value in alphabetical order, so I loss the previously funcionality.
How I can modify or tweak this beahaviour?
