Modify new ticket's template
Hello to everybody!
I'm a new member on this forum, and i want to ask you how to modify (if it's possible) the template when i do a new ticket.
I've searched into this forum but i have not found anything (only how to modify the template for email notifications).

On Notification-->Templates i only can modify templates for notifications via email.
I want to modify the template for a new ticket, and i don't know how to do it.
Any idea??

This a feature for new version 0.83 (in RC state)
You should try it in a test environment
