Modification in code

HI..
I have implemented GLPI in my organization.
But i want make few changes.

For example: I want to put more fields for location..
                        also i want to add a rule that can autoassign a computer to a user from inventory..
                        I want major modifications to be done.

Can I get architecture of GLPI and MYSQL??
