OCS x GLPI x Associated Element
Hello. Well, i wanna know how can i associate a user with a computer with OCS-NG in an importation. So, when i open a 'ticket', automatically a computer can be associated with the selected user. Currently, i have to do this manually. The problem is: have > 300 computers in my infrastructure.

I saw in a post this solution:
"set glpi to import "contact" from OCS-NG configuration tab".
But, i searched and not found. Where is this setting?

association will be do dynamic when synchronizeOCS computers with GLPI

I have the exact same issue, i just made 2 imports and none of them has the user imported.

ok i found how to resolve it, go to SETUP / OCS NG MODE , select your connexion and under General Informations put Yes in Alternate username and user will be imported
