Cannot add attachment to ticket

Whether submitting a ticket via email or via the interface, we are unabel to attach a document to it.

The document I;ve tried with today is a small MS Word 2003 document

I'm running version 0.80.5

Re: Cannot add attachment to ticket

Where do I locate the allowed document type list?

No message in the ticket - nothing to indicate an upload has been attempted
