Re: Scheduled tasks

You cannot.

Scheduled task are harcoded (1 task = 1 piece of code)

Re: Scheduled tasks

ok,

i´d like to implement a workflow, but i cannot by using bussiness rules because the rules are established at the moment of creation and cannot be modified later.

i want the following:
when i (user1) create a new ticket, i want it to be assigned to technician 2. Well, it could be done by using bussines rules.
But then, when technician 2 close the same ticket i want it to be sent to supervisor 3 to check it.

Has someone done anything like this modifying code to be implemented by scheduled task?

Thanks!..
