Helpdesk Mail Norifications: Only last tasks needed

Hi there,

I search a while around and tried to config it by myself, but the setting we need is not maybe not so wide used

We have GLPI 0.80.5 configured to send mails after new tickets, new tasks and follow-ups. This is a feature we don't want to miss, but it would be great if the system only send the last information and not ALL tasks und follow-ups in the notification mail.

If there someone who did it right in this way and can send me the mail template?

Some hints how to config the notifcations are welcome, too

This was my last try, but it don't works, beacause the key-word are not able to match the last status :-/

I'm looking for the same, only it's for the followups. It would be great it'll send only the last follow-up.
