Hi everybody,
I think it'll be interesting to add this features:
- It's impossible to search only the computers that have a state "DOWN" (for example). The word “state” isn't in the search list.
- The ID's assignment could be global; it's better to have an unique ID, independent of the type of the material.

Are you sure ?
in the v0.65 you can secte state in the search list...
i thing it's too difficult to change the id system now.

We're using the 0.6 version. I'm downloading the new 0.65 version... We're upgrading tomorrow.

Today I've upgrade to the 0.65 version (congratulations to the team). But there are two things about this new version:
- We're using OCS Inventory to recollect all the information... and now, the Software isn't imported. We've selected "Unique importation" (there is only two options: no importation or unique...). Is it a bug? We are using OCS's 4014 version.
- I think it'll be interesing to add a new field: "Department".

Hi,
we also have done the update to 0.65 and OSC 4014 and have the same problem. In OCS the software is collected from the Clients, but nothing is imported in glpi...

I've made the change in ocs and it worked fine.
But the existing maschines in ocs must be read again...

you can rezet ocs to force total import in glpi.
for that past this command in the ocs database
update hardware SET CHECKSUM=131071
and on glpi merge computers to existing computers.
