Preventive maintenance Scheduling

Greetings,

Could you please point me some article which explains as how to (automatically) generate Preventive maintenance ticket of computers/printers every two months say for a year?

I would also like to know is there a way to import existing data (contacts/customers etc.) in .xls format and map them on respective fields

You will be able to create recurrent ticket in next version 0.83

I am still trying to wrap around using the CSV import module.

are there any sample data files for different things that can be imported?

You will be able to create recurrent ticket in next version 0.83

As I can see in changelog recurrent tickets are unavailable in 0.83.
Also this feature is in Unplanned list currently.
Could anyone say will this feature be realized in the future?

As I can see in changelog recurrent tickets are unavailable in 0.83.

this feature is available in GLPi 0.83, which is current in beta phase
