update ticket

hi there,

Is there a way of getting the updated tickets with just the updated information? The tickets that are updated look exact the same and you cannot tell what have been updated in the emails.

I don't understand your problem.
You want an email with only updated field of the ticket ?

Yes, that's correct. I want an email with only the updated fields of the ticket.
