No Plugin -> Orders Menu after upgrading Orders from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0

I just have upgraded GLPI from 0.80.2 to 0.80.4 and Orders from 1.40 to 1.5.0. Under "Plugins" I have upgradet the Plugin "Orders" and after that, there is no more a menu "Plugins" and no menu "Order management" available. Alreade did disable and enable the plugin with no luck. I am able to configure the plugin, but no menu is available on the top.

Please help?

Sorry. I mean of course the "Order Management" and the plugin folder is named "order".
I downloaded it from here: https://forge.indepnet.net/news/142

I removed the old folder "order" from the plugins folder and added the new one into it.
In GLPI under "Configuration" --> "Plugins" I clicked on "upgrade" at the Plugin "Order Management" and then afterwards I click "Activate".

After that, the menu "Plugins" -> "Order Management" should appear. Or am I wrong?

Re: No Plugin -> Orders Menu after upgrading Orders from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0

You mean the log in GLPI? There is nothing about updates or errors. There are only transactions I have made in GLPI.
I also double checked the profile "super admin", there is nothing about "order management".

Re: No Plugin -> Orders Menu after upgrading Orders from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0

Update: I made a backup of the sql database and the uninstalled the order management. After that, I deleted the folder "Orders" under the "Plugins" folder. After that, I had a message in the Plugin page, that I need to clean the "Order Management". So I clicked "clean", after which the Plugin "Order Management" disappeared completely. Then I copied the fresh unzipped "order" folder to the plugins folder, installed the plugin in GLPI. Unfortunately, there is still no menu "Plugins" with "Order Management" in it.
I then restored from the backup I just made before, so all my orders are back in the db.

Re: No Plugin -> Orders Menu after upgrading Orders from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0

OK. I activated the debug mode. Then I switched over to Configuration -> Plugins. There I couldn't find any errors in the debug code. So I deactivated and activated again this plugin. Below you'll find the debug text after I activated the Plugin again. I could not find any errors in it. Maybe you see more than I do?

Re: No Plugin -> Orders Menu after upgrading Orders from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0

can you confirm that, after installing the plugin you have an "order management" tab in each profile (in Administration => Profile) ? are the right correct or not ?

Re: No Plugin -> Orders Menu after upgrading Orders from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0

I have checked all four profiles. There is no tab "order management" in these profiles. Therefore I am not able to check any rights in it.

Do you have any suggestions what I should do to get back my order management? Any help would be appreciated.

This is good news. When do you expect to have a bugfix for this? Is the cause already known?

Re: No Plugin -> Orders Menu after upgrading Orders from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0

no the cause is not already known unfortunatly, because I cannot reproduce.

Between version 1.4.0 and 1.5.0 I've completly rewritten the installation process, maybe I missed something !

Sorry but I will be only able to migrate from 1.5 to 1.5.1. Since we had to many data changes inbetween. Is this a problem?

OK I have installed 1.5.1 over 1.5.0. Unfortunately, there is still no menu entry "Plugins" -> "order management". Also there is no "Order management" under the different profiles.

yes it is.
what you can do is edit the glpi_plugin_order_profiles, and change profiles_id to 4 for id 1
then login again, and the order management menu should appears. Then you'll have setup the rights for the order profiles too

Re: No Plugin -> Orders Menu after upgrading Orders from 1.4.0 to 1.5.0

I have changed profiles_id to 4 in glpi_plugin_order_profiles for id 1, logged out and again logged in. There is still no menu "order management". This is also the case for the profiles. Can't see any "order management" in there.
Please let me know, if I can help you further by senden screenshots or db extracts.
