In "history" it's possible to see:

ID             Date                     User                            Field                     Update
15447    17-10-2011 10:16    Administrador Sistema    Satisfação    "0" --> "5"

I search in Home > Setup > Automatic actions > createinquest  and I have not found. Where is "history" ?
