Forcing rules on existing ticket

Hi,

An other topic remi is posted:
Business rules are only played at ticket creation.

But our costumer is really need this feature for existing ticket. (for example, if the Urgency is changig, change the watcher...)
So, is there any way to force the rules engine to "re-run" on existing tickets with automatic action or else way?

No, it work only on ticket creation. not possible other
