Hello,
you can set some comment as private, for instance to clarify how you solved something. But is it also possible to not send an email for that?

In my experience, when you add a Follow-Up and select "yes" as Private, the technician in charge gets an e-mail but the requester does not.

I know that's possible, and it's a very interesting feature we're already usin a lot. rthe only thing I was wondering is if it 's possible to disable sending of the mail too. If it's shown in the ticket itself it's good for us.
