Technician rotation - assigning tickets

Hello,

Is there is a way to assign tickets to technicians by rotation (depending which group they are in)?

As far as I know there isn't a way.

You could fake it with a cron job that alters the database directly (changes the user ID on the automated task entry). This is a horrible hack but it could work...
