Submit button for satisfaction survey missing
This morning a user brought up to our attention that the satisfaction survey he got was missing the submit button. I created and closed a ticket, executed early the automatic action for surveys, and experienced the same problem.
Why would the submit button fail to display?

Version of GLPI used ?
CentOS 6.5 - CentOS 7.x
PHP 5.6 - PHP 7.x - MySQL 5.6 - MariaDB 10.2 + APC + oOPcache
GLPI from 0.72 to dev version

Please try version 0.80.4 which fixes a lot of bugs
