How do I use Satisfaction surveys?

Satisfaction survey is only for solved and not closed ticket.
You must parameter it in the configuration of your entity and activate the generation in setup

Rate:
0% : no satisfaction survery
...
50% : satisfaction suvey for 1 ticket on 2
...
100% : satisfaction survey for all ticket

Hi, after the migration to version 0.80.3 (my old version is 0.80.2), the users with profile "Post-Only" can´t answer the satisfaction survey.
Appear the message: You don't have permission to perform this action.
In 0.80.2 version, i don´t have problems.
Please, help me?
