Is there a way that I can generate a report on all the inventory (computer, devices, software/license, phone, etc.) that are associated to a specific user?

This report doesn't exist but you can create it with plugin Reports

Thanks. I am new to this software and still trying it out. In regard to the software... if i have MSOffice defined and added 10 licenses, is there a way that I can add a user field to each license so I know which license belongs to who?

A licence is attached to a software, not to a user.
