Hi,
We noticed today, that for some reason our 0.80.2 version of GLPI is not picking up who the Writer of a followup is, thats submitted by email. The contents of the email are being added to the ticket, but the Writer's not being matched up to the ldap user that sent it. I thought this was just by my account, but its also happening with my co-worker as well.
If I create a new ticket by email, then the Requester is picked up ok, no issue.
This was working ok before... Yesterday we had an LDAPS issue where our CA certificate had expired, but we added the new CA to apache, and the LDAPS test all succeed ok...
All users are authenticated by the same LDAP (active directory) system (1 server, 2 replicas - 3 Domain Controllers).
We've only 1 LDAP Directory in the list.
I checked the 0.80.3 release notes and I don't see an issue like this in the fix list.
Any ideas ?

can any of the developers give me a clue on where to start debugging this ?
I ran one test: I turned off LDAPS and just used LDAP and that made no difference on how it interpreted the inbound email.

The only other change made recently that I could think of was where we renamed the IMAP reciever account from "IT Helpdesk" to helpdesk@domain.local so that GLPI recognised the account (there another forum thread on this). I tried switching this as well but it made no difference.

Ok, looks like an upgrade to 0.80.4 has solved this for me. I need to test some more, but my first test passed.
