I import users from LDAP,assign the accounts entities and profiles automatically,and it seems ok,but when I use those account to login to GLPI system ,it says that "You don't have right to connect",then I use super-admin to login to see what happened ,those accounts's entities and profiles are all disappered,I have to set those account's entities and profiles manually again,and then it works, could someone help me to slove it ,thanks a lot!

Hi There,
Did you fix the problem.
I also have this issue after I inserted users by script into MySql. The users are there but when I try to logon i get the message "You don't have right to connect". So the users are there and the password is correct because when I use a false password he tellls me that it is wrong.
any ideas ?

Fixed ... forgot to update the glpi_profiles_users table with the new users.
