Im Thiago, i'm It Support to Sodecias Group - Minas Gerais.
I need know how to change close date in to tickets after conclusion of case.
Actually, after change solution date (Close date), the system show a message "Invalid dates. Update cancelled.".
I know the system params and profile params.In the profile params, exist a field " Update a ticket " is defined "YES", but the system don't enable commit update transaction, displaying the error message in question.
How to enable the feature ?Someone has gone through this case?

"Invalid dates. Update cancelled.".
That can means :
- solved date > closed date
- solved date or closed dates > now
- solved date or closed date < creation date
Look at this in your ticket

Ok Ylle , i know to workflow of the tickets, but in the old versions, is possible change a CLOSE DATE, because many tickets don't close in the real close moment.I nedd know how to this process in the 0.80 version.

like in 0.78
When a ticket is closed, you have Closed on + a date. Just change it.
I think your problem is because you want to put a close date < solve date
and when a ticket is closed, you can change the solve date
