number of license

Hi All
I am having issue with licencing, whenever i assign a license to a computer it shows me that the license is assigned , but when i go to the location
inventory-> software here the number-installation is always 0 ,

why is this i need to decrease the number of licenses once they are assigned to the computers...

someone help ...
