help to modify some options

hello friends GLPI.

Just recently installed this powerful tool in the company I work for the issue of inventory management.

But I have a question I need to get their hands on the programming of GLPI and I want that when a computer manually enter data that are mandatory have such as:

1 .- Computer Series
2 .- Location
3 .- state of the computer

If not filled with this information is not possible to enter this equipment to inventory.

And if engresa a series that already exists throw an error of duplication and can not be entered on the computer.

if I can guide them would be very grateful
