Remove Dynamic Assignments

Is there a way to remove (automatically) Assignments that are no longer accurate?

We're doing LDAP lookups to AD, and User Assignments based on LDAP lookups (Distinguished Name), but when people are moved from one OU to another, their old User Assignments remain, but I don't really want this.

I've not seen this "feature" yet, and I'm not seeing any sort of dynamic adjustments being made.

Any help, ideas, would be appreciated.
