Hi.
When a technician with a "Normal" Profile create a New ticket, he should be able to add more Technicians.
The admin or the super-admin can do that.
I was searching in the normal Profile options but can't find any option.
Is it possible?

Yes, even with the right for assign a ticket the normal user profile is only able to assign a ticket to one user, and cannot add more users
