Re: Create Ticket File

Hello .. thanks for responding ... but it happens that what I am
wanting to do is this: after the User fills out
form of help desk and ask to send ... I concatenate a
text / numbers along with the text because I need the User ...
identifies - it by the text / numbers that will concatenate
along with the text he sent to the panel .. ticket display this text along with the text of the ticket ... hence the question ... so
understand the structure of GLPI ... it sends this form of help for
"tracking.injector.php" ... My understanding is that at the file
creates a ticket .... only that I am not able to identify where
He receives this form .... so I can concatenate the
User ID have to do with the text
help ..
tell me ?.... or someone tell me ...?

I thank for your attention to my request,

David.
