Hello..
I'm a bit confused on how to work with the approval of solution of a ticket...
For exemple.. Our users don't have access to the simplified interface (only default).
So when opening a ticket, and the technician solve that, in the main screen of the user interface, they see the solved ticket in "Your tickets to close"..
But where they can approve the solution to close the tickets?
I'm using GLPI 0.80.1
