Hi,
I'm migrating our system named Ocomon(Brazilian Open Source helpdesk system) to GLPI. In our company we have two different team using the system to attend the customers, IT and engineering. How can i automaticly move the ticket about computers, etc to IT team and can i move building and repair to the other team?

You can affect tickets using rules to assign them to the team you specify..
It can be done checking the category of the ticket, for example...
Nice to know other brazilians using GLPI..
