Hi everybody, after a very long reading of the documentation and topic too, I've tried to customize a template to display just the fields our techs will use focusing the 'item.location' without a good result. I set the value listed in help ( ##ticket.item.location## ) in my template displayng the label ( ##ticket.item.location## ) but not the real value. Can anybody help me to solve so I'm ready to shift in production all the stuff? thanks in advance

Hi Yllen, I'm very glad to see how speed and sharp are your answers 1000 thanks. I've applied the fix and it works fine, very good job. If i can i want to submite to you another little (for you) thing that i obtain (in the same mail template) with the field "ticket.description" that returns me the label but not the real value. I hope I'm not off topic asking that. Many thanks more.

I've used both ##ticket.content## and ##ticket.description## to complete my little template according to my general settings that don't oblige the ticket title.
