Emailed Tickets
Hi,
I have a question about incoming emails.
I have created a user to receive emails for tickets. I read it should be possible by a kind of cronjob, for now i check them by hand (test environment)
We have two linux servers checking our other servers generating emails when seeing problems.
Is it possible to put in the emails the urgency, computer so glpi can assign automatic the correct parameters, for example:
<body>
[urgency]=1
[associated element]=computer
id=10
problem description
</body>
any help appreciated
