Idea for templates e.g. Software Items

Hello,
Some of the administrators are confused by using the option "child entity = yes" when they add a new template for example at the kathegory Software.
They are expecting it as preselection in the template, not for the template itselfe.

So is there the possebility in the future to add  the preselection for Child Entity in templates?

This woud be fine.
We are using GLPI 0.78.5 for production and 0.80 in test
