Hi
I have created a user for a company which has many child companies. This user has all the priviledges to see and create tickets as well as see tickets within its group. The user also has the recursive option selected. I would like this user to see all tickets which are logged for the child companies, irrespective if a technician has the call or if the call is in any state.
Is there anyone able to assist with this.
