Hello,
Is possible to configure GLPI to send notifications *only* when a ticket is opened/solved/closed?
In our scenario the technical team might make some adjustments in the ticket, but sending notifications every time something changes in the ticket is not desirable. In regular tests the ticket issuer reveived from 3 to 6 or more emails about a single ticket.
I'm sure I've overlooked some configuration, can anyone help to reduce this excessive mailing?
