When I have an incidets tickets the taks of these tickets is an incident tasks and also to requests tickets. What I mean is that we have in the category of the task the field "type ". Thus when we create a new task to the ticket will have only the tasks for an incident ticket and also serves to requests tickets.
Does that make sense?

The table glpi_tickets have a field type("Incident","Request"). My sugest is add this field in glpi_tickettask too. When I create a new tickettask must contain only incident or request tasks .
