Director
1. AGAR is Infrastructure Director. He should see tickets from his employees FJFU, DMAC and their belongings SFAS and AOSA.

2 FNAV - As Area Director, He should see the ticket in "Group View", because the ticket was created by his team BI Finance.
1.2 DMAC - Should NOT see the ticket created by EHEN.
2.2 SLAB - Should NOT see the ticket created by EHEN.
