SLA not working with GLPI-0.80-RC3

Hi everyone:

I'm trying to configure a SLA and escalation level with with GLPI-0.80-RC3 but its not working. The Assigned to - Technician action is not executed,

Please help... I'm not sure about the "Due Date" updating process...

Any example or guide? Thanks in advance
