GLPI Plugin manufacturersimports

Hi,

I have problem to get this plugin working and appreciate any help.

I tested it with HP and DELL but neither works for me.
I followed this guide:

Furthermore I did this (DELL example):

Home >Inventory > Computers:
- set "manufacturer" to "DELL",
- set "SerialNumber" to "42LFC1K" (example)

- set "Device product number" to "42LFC1K" (under "Suppler Imports")
- set "Enable the financial information" under "Management"

Home >Plugins > Suppliers imports:
- set "Material manufacturer field" to "DELL" / everything else I left as it is

So I think all prequirements of the documentation are fullfilled, but nothing happend as well as for HP (there instead I put the P/N into the Device product number as described in the documention.

If I am typing the URLs provided in the plugin I can gather the information via the browser, so the P/N and S/N and Tags are valid!

Anybody has experience with this plugin? Any help appreciated!

Nobody? I forgot to mention I have GLPI 0.78.4 with Plugin 1.3.0 installed.

This issue has been fixed. It was simply a network related problem (GLPI cannot handly proxy settings). No GUI warning was dropped, should be maybe improved in later releases.

same problem here... I can't immagine what company has not a proxy..
