Hi All,
Recently upgraded to 0.78.3. Today we've noticed that end-users aren't always being emailed.
I've checked the SMTP connectivity and that seems ok.
So as an example, I've ticket number 3645. The IT support engineer added a followup today at 11.17.
The ticket has Email-followups set to YES and the email address of the end user is correct.
The mail.log file shows an email being sent to the IT engineer, but theres nothing there about it being sent to the requester.
I checked the Notifications setup, and Add-a-followup has both Technician in charge and Requester listed

I think this may of been due to bug #2701 after I eventually found the changelog notes:

I've upgraded to 0.78.4, retested a followup on an old ticket and it seems to of worked.
