Make cartridges entity-aware

Currently printer-cartridges can only be assigned to printers within the same enitity.
Please consider creating a "sub-entities" combo-box so cartridges can be assigned to printers inside sub-entities (like all other items can in GLPI)

Also a nice addition would be that it is possible to move individual catridges from one entity to another.

Currently we have troubles managing the catridges stock. As we use a central stock, but need to use the cartridges in different entities. And there is no way to do this, other than deleting a cartridge from the central entity and add one in the destination entity. ofcourse losing all extra commercial information and date of purchase etc..
