Automatic Actions - closeticket

Hi,

What criteria does the closeticket action follow for deciding if a ticket should be closed ??

Also - maybe some descriptions of these actions should be added in the default installation scripts for new starters.. There is after all a field for this...

First, the ticket is automatic closed if it's solved.
After, GLPI look at the entity configuration to know after how many time it musts be closed
