Problems with downloading plugin GENERIC OBJECTS MANAGEMENT

I'm not sure it's rigth to write here, but... There is link download on page http://plugins.glpi-project.org/spip.php?article96
It doesn't work correct. The result is "403 У Вас нет прав для посещения данной страницы." (403 You don't have rights for visiting this page.)
